Always at the forefront, at FCC Ámbito – Glass Recycling we are constantly searching for uses for glass that diversify our business and allow other sectors to benefit from the use of a recyclable material for the production of other products. Therefore we produced crushed glass from glass scrap collected in industries, whose waste is a very high quality glass not usefull for original use. We did searching investigation works to treat (crush and sieve) this glass to produce pure glass as new raw material.

In 2000, as a result of this search, we created our brand name CRISMOL^®, acronym of Cristales Molidos - Crushed glass-, that responds to diverse needs in industries as varied as construction (slabs, terrazzo, pavements), chemical industry, decoration and garden design, etc.

The recycled CRISMOL^® glass is free from contaminants and is of the highest quality in all aspects: purity, size distribution, colour and clarity. CRISMOL^® glass is hard, nonporous and scratch-resistant, making it a material suitable for multiple purposes.
